MACHINES AND BODIES: FUZZY, LIQUID AND CONFRONTED STATES
Installation in a specific space. Through graphic, editorial and audiovisual resources we install ourselves from the visual resonance and digitalism as tools that allow us to open timeless layers on how the body is constructed as a dynamic, hyperlinked and transiting through multi-supports assembly. The proposal gathers excerpts from collective and own publications, made between 2019 and 2022; editorial works that translate into magnifying glasses conducive to decode the physical/virtual space from the premise: How are everyday spaces adapted and modified as performative territories? Understand the "body-space" as a container of electronic landscapes, vibrant and unknown, subject to dialogue with a given territory. An atmosphere, a body politic, a body without borders, a body as a landscape in itself. Without physical, biological and imaginary limits: Bodies in confronted spaces.
It is an invitation to explore the architecture of the human body. Creation of bodily landscapes, new possibilities and interpretations about the body and how it dialogues in a given space.
Liquid. Fragile. Open creative processes. Coordinates that are distributed along a route in the context of media landscapes. Visual resonance and digitalism open the way to timeless layers through which the body constructs a dynamic, hyperlinked montage that moves through multi-supports with a non-linear narrative approach; a field in which screens are translated into magnifying glasses conducive to decoding the physical/virtual space that surrounds us or in which we insert ourselves. Fictional stories that are elaborated in places of interest, which recognise the audiovisual medium as a protagonist. The body present in the blink of an eye, on the radar, tracked, diffuse, installing itself within the visual balance, inhabiting a non-place; a non-space. Bodies that adjust to velocities and encode a series of pulses synchronized with a magnetic scan. Drawing trajectories and virtually associating a territory; pillars of hypermedia narrative. Use of visual poetics as resources to detonate aesthetic experiences. Focusing on the body and how it approaches the spaces it inhabits, through which it passes in digital, virtual, electronic imaginaries, where the two-dimensional representations of a body, an anatomy, an image, a movement, static or dynamic, are manifested. The "body-space" as a container of electronic landscapes, vibrant and unknown, subject to constant change, to the passage of time, to the dialogue with a given territory. An atmosphere, a body politic, a body without borders, a body as a landscape in itself. Without physical, biological or imaginary limits: bodies in confronted spaces. It is an invitation to explore the architecture of the human body, parts, fragments, folds, textures and how it inhabits its environment-context. Creation of bodily landscapes, new possibilities and interpretations of the body and how it dialogues in a given space.
